Arbor is our School Management Information System (MIS)
You are able to access this as a parent and will be sent a parent login. You can access Arbor either via the web platform or using the Arbor App to:-
- Send a message to your child's pastroal lead - Start your message with your child's name and Year Group.
- View your child's timetable - this will also show any clubs and trips they are signed up to
- View their cashless catering balance
- Top up their catering account
- Pay for any trips
- Sign your child up for Clubs
- Access the School Shop - For a replacement catering card
- View their attendance
- View their achievements
- View their set homework
- View their reports
Topping up your catering account
We operate a cashless catering system in our canteen. Parents can log on and top up their child's cashless catering account. Students can then pay with this in school using their catering card. Please ensure you keep your child's cashless catering account topped up even if they are in receipt of Free School Meals as loans are not permitted.
Arbor is also used to make payments for trips. You will find trips open to your child in Arbor, under activities, then Trips.
Here you will also find Clubs. You will find clubs open to your child under Activities then Clubs. Parents are notified each term when clubs for that term are open to sign up to.
Free School Meals
If your child is entitled to Free School Meals and you have applied for it, their FSM allowance is automatically allocated to them each day to spend as they wish in the canteen or at the Snack Shack. They just need to come to the canteen to choose their food and scan their catering card. Should they go over their allowance, you will need to top up their Arbor Meals account to cover the difference. We recommend they bring a snack for breaktime or have funds in their account to cover breaktime purchases.
Please note that their allowance does not roll-over.
